The short version
My Story
First award - computer based
Watched a demo in school of electricity and danger, went onto the only computer, opened up MS paint and drew a picture of the danger sign. Tomorrows assembly I was called up for an award in IT.
First line of code
Saved my lunch money to buy the magazine PC Gamer. Stumbled across indie games. Started with modifying python scripts on the game Mount & Blade — got kicked out of ICT class for bringing it to school, and it stuck with me ever since.
Self-taught programming
Started building personal websites at home from scratch. Bought a game engine licence and Blitz3D instead of Bitcoin (I know) and started building games. Got obsessed with learning how to build things from the ground up.
First real projects
Built working web apps and browser games in JavaScript. Started poking around databases and server-side logic. Starting going to library to read programming books.
C++
Moved on to C++, used it to build 3d games. With a mindset to getting to 10,000 hours
GCSEs
Formal education caught up to the self-teaching. Deepened knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and OOP. Finished with 15 GCSEs.
College, Founded Mithidian
Started online development team of 40 people and over 1,000 forum members, daily conference calls happened on MSN Messenger then Skype. First ever time using a mic and talking to people online. Rejected many applications from people joining the team, learned quality over quantity.

From almost failing to finishing with 420 UCAS points
BSc (Hons) Computer Science
Enrolled in a Computer Science degree at a Russell group university. Explored distributed systems, AI, compilers, and software engineering in depth.
First-Class Honours achieved
Graduated with a First-Class BSc in Computer Science. (Pre-ChatGPT) Dissertation focused on chatbot AI and natural language processing.
Junior Developer
Started as a junior developer at an insurance company. Worked on internal tools and customer-facing web apps. Learned how to navigate legacy codebases and enterprise software development.
Mid-Level Developer
Moved to a fintech blockchain startup. Built scalable web applications using React and Node.js. Gained experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
Founded RTM
Founded RTM, a software consultancy focused on building innovative web applications. Leading a team of developers and working with clients across various industries.

Expanded RTM to East Asia, opening a new team based in the Indian subcontinent. Focused on building AI-agents and blockchain applications.
AI-Augmented Agent Full Stack Senior Developer / CTO
(sorry about the titles) Shipping full-stack and blockchain applications with AI as a force multiplier. What once took a team is now a one-man operation — the obsession never changed, just the tooling. (give me a decent LLM and a laptop and I'll build a house)
